Before starting his law career Scott was a computer programmer and systems designer.  He has continued that work by developing the forms and procedures now used by the firm’s automated eviction, administrative and litigation system.  Most recently Scott developed a client interface enabling firm clients to directly input eviction requests and receive management information at any time.

A number of other high volume eviction law firms in Arizona have either purchased the right to use forms and procedures developed by Scott or utilize them in their practices under license with us.

Over the past twenty years of practice Scott has handled thousands of landlord-tenant cases.   He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, as well as founding member of the Association of Landlord Tenant Attorneys. Scott is the author of the RESIDENTIAL TENANT RELATIONS MANUAL.

Scott is one of the leading practitioners in the state in the field of Election Law and was the attorney of record for the successful parties in a number of reported decisions from Arizona appellate courts.
